As you are aware, Roy passed away peacefully in the early hours of Sunday. I am writing to thank you for, not just the wonderful service you provided, but going beyond what could be reasonably expected in your care of Roy. Your hard work, humour and devotion has touched all of us, from individual actions to the group as a whole and its professional attitude and personal touch over the past 12 months.

It was a comfort to see how Roy was cared for by people who became very good friends and who took time to visit him out of work hours. The dedication shown by all the wonderful staff who came into our lives was second to none and if there are any angels in your profession you must be up there with the best. We are extremely lucky to have had such a team as yourselves in Leominster and long may it continue. We would appreciate this letter being brought to the attention of the staff who knew and cared for Roy.

Today was the final day of many weeks of excellent care that my husband Alan has received at the hands of your agency. I would like to thank you for your prompt, caring and reliable service. All the Carers that we met were friendly, thoughtful, gentle and professional and we could not have had better help over a rather difficult period in our lives.

To all the Carers at Marches Home Care, Sue, Peter and Family would like to thank you for the wonderful care and companionship that you have given.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and your wonderful Care Workers for all the help we are receiving for my mother-in-law. The Carers who come to our home to help look after Vera are so wonderful with her despite the many difficulties she poses with her condition. They are always cheerful and obliging, very punctual and helpful in many ways. I would also like to thank you and the administrative back up in your office who have always dealt with my queries in a very professional and helpful manner and for the trainers who have visited several times to assess and advise about moving and handling Vera. This is such a contrast to the previous care agency we had. If any of your clients needs reassurance of your capabilities I would be happy to speak with them and have no hesitation in recommending your agency to anyone who needs Home Care assistance.
